To help start of the brand with a logo that danced the line between playful and engaging for students and trustworthy for their parents or carers. We wanted to keep the logo simple without a heavily detailed logo mark so we would be leaning on the use of typography and colour to help bring this vision to life. The logo will be used across digital channels including the company website and various social media account so a responsive logo was a must.
A logo that combines a range of vibrant colours and simple soft typography to radiate the feel of a company that is considered but doesn’t take itself to seriously. With parents and careers being the first to find and ultimately select School Channel, it’s important that the logo has the strength of brand to be trustworthy for that group. With young people being a big part of the selection process the playful element helps them to know this is somewhere they are going to enjoy.
